Rusty Hardin: Bad Lawyer

What is wrong with Roger Clemens's lawyer? First, he comments that if Jeff Novitsky, an IRS special agent "ever messes with Roger, Roger will eat his lunch." Today, Brian McNamee's lawyer Richard Emery predicted that Clemens's will be pardoned by President Bush if he is convicted of anything. Not that being friends with President Bush wasn't bad enough, then Hardin responds by saying that "Richard Emery just has to quit smoking his own dope." What kind of lawyer says stuff like that? Couldn't Clemens afford a lawyer with at least a hint of professionalism?
